Villages Ranking

Villages are prioritized for participation in the Rural Infrastructure Development Project based on the following criteria

1. Villages that have not benefited from the Obod Qishloq, Obod Markaz, or Obod Mahalla state programs.

2. Villages that are remote from the district center. Remoteness can vary depending on geography (e.g., rugged or mountainous areas), accessibility (e.g., roads, transportation), and climate (e.g., the presence of natural hazards).

3. Villages in which a relatively high percentage of households lack uninterrupted and reliable tap drinking water (compared to other villages in the district that have no state program and are remote).
