The Joint Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank. The discussion centered on the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, specifically addressing procurement processes for electrification and the potential implementation of the “Shaffof Qurilish” system.
The meeting also highlighted key topics, including ensuring timely and high-quality completion of subprojects, fostering regular collaboration with local khokimiyats and relevant regional organizations, and jointly addressing challenges that arise during implementation.
Additionally, the parties exchanged views on future cooperation plans, reflected on lessons learned from the achievements of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, and explored ways to apply these insights in the project’s second phase.
