Within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the Fergana, Andijan, and Namangan regions, specialized training sessions were conducted to enhance the skills of Qishloq Facilitators and Engineers in monitoring subproject implementation in mahallas.
These training sessions, organized by specialists from partner organizations of the project (“CEED” from Bulgaria and “Rhythm Plus” from Uzbekistan), covered theoretical aspects of monitoring and controlling the implementation of “Qishloq Development Plan”, as well as practical activities, including visits to project sites and designed facilities.
It should be noted that within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, implemented in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PD-4898 dated November 25, 2020, 306 villages across 21 districts of Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Syrdarya, and Jizzakh regions have been covered, with a total of 687 subprojects being implemented at an overall cost of USD 164 million.
