Organized a conference on project implementation for Sustainable communities

On the second day of the conference on experiential exchange and cooperation, organized by the World Bank in Tashkent for project implementation teams from Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, participants exchanged insights on Community-Driven Development (CDD).

The Uzbek team shared their experiences from the implementation of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, while the Tajik delegation discussed their use of digital technologies in project execution and the importance of ICT in community mobilization. The Kyrgyz delegation presented on implementing sustainable community projects in response to climate change.

The agenda also covered topics such as increasing income sources for vulnerable groups in the regions, economic empowerment of women, and the role of gender in CDD operations. During their presentations, each team responded to questions of interest from the other participants.
