Within the framework of the mission, familiarization and exchange of experience with other World Bank projects were conducted

On October 3 of this year, a delegation of the World Bank and JPIU employees visited the Fergana Region, as part of the mission "Proposed Second Rural Infrastructure Development Project — Identification Mission and Rural Infrastructure Development Project – Implementation Support Mission".

As part of the Mission, other World Bank projects were introduced and experience was exchanged.The first meeting was held with the staff of the NGO "Mekhrijon", which is engaged in the mobilization of the project "Enhancing economic opportunities for rural women". During the meeting, the parties discussed priority issues and got acquainted with the implementation of this project and the views of rural women. Further, the delegation got acquainted with the work already done in the Kushtepa district in the Kiziltepa mahalla within the framework of the project "Enhancing economic opportunities for rural women". At the moment, women actively involved in the project are preparing their business plans to win a grant within the framework of this project.
