A meeting was held with representatives of the World Bank

The next World Bank mission "Proposed Second Rural Infrastructure Development Project—Identification Mission and Rural Infrastructure Development Project – Implementation Support Mission" has begun, which will continue until October 6 this year. The main objective of the mission is to monitor the results of the first phase of the project, as well as to prepare for the second phase of the project. On September 26 of this year, the first day of the mission took place, a meeting of representatives of the World Bank and the Project Implementation Group under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The meeting was attended by Senior Specialist of the World Bank Rob Vrubel, Social Development Specialist of the World Bank Rano Tlepova, Director of the JPIU (Joint Project Implementation Unit) Zafar Urakov, Mobilization Specialist Munojat Muradova and other specialists.

During the constructive dialogue, the current implementation of the project, the solution of possible problems during the implementation, priority areas for supporting entrepreneurship, paying special attention to women and vulnerable groups were comprehensively discussed, and the issues of the RIDP-2 project were also raised.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue the exchange of views for further elaboration of mutually beneficial forms of cooperation in subsequent meetings within the framework of the mission.
