Within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project on August 29 of this year, took place a solemn presentation of social facilities to the population in Pop and Chust districts of Namangan region.
The event was attended by the Director of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project under the Ministry of Economy and Finance Zafar Urakov, the Khokim of the Chust district Bekzod Hamdamov, the First Deputy Khokim of the Pop district Sherali Kasimov, representatives of partners, mahalla activists and others.
The construction of an additional 240-seat building to the schools in №17th (with value 2.9 bln.soums) and №22nd (with value 2.7 bln.soums) schools in Tepakurgan and Iman ota mahallas of Pop district was completed and handed over to the population. Also, repair works were completed at school №12 located in Tinchlik mahalla of Chust district and a 610-seat building worth 3.6 billion soums was handed over to the population.
It should be noted that these projects were selected based on the objective wishes and requirements of the population. The guests and residents of the event were very pleased to get acquainted with the new building of the schools and the conditions created in it.
It is clear that schools ready to teach quality knowledge and modern professions will provide more facilities for teachers and students.
