On June 13 of this year, in the khokimiyat of the Bayavut district of the Syrdarya region, within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development project, a checklist of the environmental and social management plan for such projects as improving the power supply system, installing lighting at pedestrian crossings, repairing internal roads, building an overpass in the Ozodlik and Amir Temur mahallas was submitted for public discussion", "Yangibuston", "Mukumiy", "Boboyurt", "Dustlik", "Pakhtakor", "Iftikhor", "Bunyodkor" of Bayavut district, in the mahalla "Kayirma" and "Kahramon" of Khovos district, also in the Birlashgan mahalla of the Sardobinsky district, as well as the construction of a stadium for schools No. 16, 27, 44, the overhaul of schools No. 20, 21, 26 and the repair of the building of the kindergarten No. 12, 18.

The public discussion was attended by the head of the construction department of the district khakimiyat, rural facilitators and engineers of the project implementation group, regional environmental and social protection specialists, mahalla chairmen, chairman and members of the V-GRM, employees of Uzsuvtaminot, the district improvement department, the district electric grid enterprise, the district ecology department, district Department of Highways, school and preschool directors and assistants of khakims.

O.Tangriev, a regional specialist of the Hydraulic Fracturing Plant for Environment and Social Protection, provided information about sub-projects to be implemented in makhallas, namely: laying of an air network (cable), replacement of unusable, failed and emergency wooden supports with reinforced concrete ones, installation of new transformers instead of unusable transformers, lighting of sidewalks, repair of internal roads, construction of an overpass, reconstruction of buildings and construction of a new academic building in schools and preschool institutions.

Also a specialist of the Hydraulic fracturing Company for the environment and social protection F.Nazarova carried out explanatory work on informing and monitoring social impacts on people's health and their property, the mechanism of work and control with appeals, preventing the use of child and forced labor, carrying out activities in accordance with labor legislation, concluding an agreement between residents of the territory where the project is being conducted and a construction organization.
