Within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, construction works are underway at an educational or center in the “Gulistan” mahalla

Large-scale construction and repair works are being carried out in remote villages of our republic on the basis of sub-projects developed for 2020-2024 by the “Rural Infrastructure Development” Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

These projects are funded by the International Development Association of the World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of the basic infrastructure of the village and improve the quality of services that ensure the livelihoods of rural areas covered by the project.

Within the framework of this project, the reconstruction of secondary school No. 9 is underway in the "Gulistan" mahalla of Sokh district of Fergana region. Moreover, the construction of an additional building for 210 students has also started at this educational institution.
