Activities to familiarize the population with the processes of creating an autonomous water supply organization began in Jizzakh region

Within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development project, during the social audits in the Jizzakh region, residents of some MCAs selected subprojects to provide drinking water.

In this regard, the RIDP is carrying out large-scale works on the creation of an autonomous water organization in 4 pilot MCAs (“Bakhmal”, “Oykor”, “Beshkubi” and “Turkman”) of the Jizzakh region. In order to familiarize the residents of these MCAs with the process and stages of creating an autonomous water organization, the project facilitators conduct field training workshops.

During the trainings, answers are given to questions. After the information is fully communicated, letters of consent are accepted from representatives of households who have expressed their support in favor of creating an autonomous water organization.
