Management skills workshops for residents of remote areas

On 15 December within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development Project, Facilitating partners CEED (Bulgaria) / Rhythm Plus conducted a workshop for residents of "Yangichek" MCA, Pap district, Namangan region.

The workshop was dedicated to training the community residents to management skills.

The participants of the workshop were able to get introduced with the definition of the concept of "management"; distinguish between different types and qualities of leadership and determine what qualities a good leader should have.

The workshop was conducted in an interactive form where participants in small groups made up clusters of the concepts "Leadership skills", "Leadership types", "Leadership qualities".
