A meeting was held with specialists from the World Bank

On September 15 of this year, the staff of the Central Office of the Project Implementation Unit met with Senior Social Development Specialist Mr. Robert Wrobel and Social Development Specialist Ms. Gulrano Tlepova at the office of the World Bank Country Office in Uzbekistan.

The agenda of the meeting included preparations for assessing the effectiveness of community mobilization activities under the Rural Infrastructure Development Project. At the moment, in the first phase of the Project, facilitators are carrying out work to community mobilization in 176 villages in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, measures were discussed to accelerate the work of the project and a further Action Plan.
