As part of the Rural Infrastructure Development project, Boxes for complaints and appeals installed in MCAs are checked by Facilitation Partners ACTED (France)/Yuksalish NM/Taraqqiyot NGO/ISW (Canada) on the 25th-30th of each month. Written appeals from residents are being studied locally. A planned study of appeals was organized in the Abad, Khairabad, Shuvakzor-Boikechik, Kurganchi, Dostlik and Sokhil MCAs. In particular, a conversation was held with a resident of Shuvokzor-Boikechik SGM, Akhillik street Numonjon Akhmedov regarding his written appeal. The main question that worries people is why the timeframe for the implementation of subprojects under the Rural Infrastructure Development project is long. Rural facilitators gave explanations about the stages of subproject implementation, each of which is aimed at ensuring that the work performed on subprojects is of high quality, thorough and takes into account the opinion of local residents. In a word, a thorough study of each appeal in the Rural Infrastructure Development project creates the basis for the implementation of the key principle of the project - popular consent. Ultimately, this principle leads to the strengthening of people's faith in the state, justice and legality, in the future.
