The consent of the community to establish a public organization for drinking water supply is a top priority

Within the framework of the Rural Infrastructure Development project, the Facilitating Partners ACTED (France) /Yuksalish NM/Taraqqiyot NGO/ISW (Canada) undertook a survey about community arrangements for establishing a public organization for drinking water supply in Abad mahalla, Pakhtaabad district, Andijan region. The study took place in the context of the neighborhoods with the involvement of the makhalla community. MCA residents discussed concerns raised during the meetings. After the information is fully provided, letters of consent were accepted from the representatives of households who have expressed their consent.
