Training was conducted for rural facilitators and rural engineers on the topic “Decentralized drinking water system”

Within the framework of the project "Development of rural infrastructure" in the Andijan region by the Support Partners of ACTED (France), NGO "Tarakkiyot", "Yuksalish", ISW (Canada) for rural facilitators and rural engineers of Andijan region, with the direct participation of representatives of the NGO "Tarakkiyot" , a two-day training on the topic "Decentralized drinking water system" was held. The training included such topics as the organization, operation and management mechanism of a drinking water supply organization that the community can independently manage, the organizational structure and the role of the population in it, the advantages and problems of organizing drinking water supply, setting water tariffs. On the second day of the training, a visit was organized to the Ukchi Obi-Zilal Drinking Water Supply Organization, which is successfully operating in the Ferghana region. There, rural facilitators and rural engineers got acquainted with successfully tested experience, received answers to all their questions, the necessary knowledge and skills for practical application.
