Starting from October 25 of this year, International expert on community mobilization, Ms Brigitta Bode, began a working visit to the villages covered by the Rural Infrastructure Development Project. The working group also includes specialists from the central office of the RIDP and rural facilitators from Jizzakh and Syrdarya regions.
The purpose of the expert's visit is to evaluate the results of mobilization work with the population. On the first day of the working visit, meetings were held with the participation of the local population, members of the "Mukumiy" and "Boboyurt" Makhalla Development Units (Bayavut district, Syrdarya region).
It was noted that within the framework of the Project, rural residents took an active part in the course of the activities carried out to community mobilization, as well as capacity building trainings.
At the end of the meetings, the working group, together with the residents, gave an analysis of the work carried out within the framework of the Project. Proposals from community members were listened around this topic and an interesting exchange of views was held.
