Community resource mapping process

Within the framework of the project "Development of Rural Infrastructure", community mobilization is ongoing according to the schedule, in particular Zamin, Forish, Yangiabad districts of Jizzakh region, as well as Sardoba and Khavass districts of Syrdarya region. In the above districts, community resource maps are created, which will depict all public resources and facilities including mosques, schools, medical facilities, roads, irrigation systems (canals), drinking water networks, power lines, etc. In the course of mobilization, the population of the above-mentioned areas took part in the formation and development of maps, where the Qishloq engineers clearly reflected all the necessary details when composing maps. These maps will be used during planning sessions to ensure equitable distribution of funds for rural infrastructure development.
